At Australian Vanilla Plantations, we’ve developed a unique vertical farming system to capture the growing global vanilla market.
The Vanilla Dome is Australia’s first micro-greenhouse, engineered to withstand winds up to 160 km/h while providing the perfect environment for vanilla cultivation.

With an 11m diameter, the dome is both efficient and sustainable. Its motorised rotating trellis system distributes light evenly across the vines, while vertical columns maximise biomass per cubic metre.
A fully automated climate control system regulates temperature, humidity, and airflow, creating optimal conditions for flowering and growth.

Combined with low utility requirements, streamlined maintenance, and efficient nutrient delivery, the Dome delivers consistency and performance at every stage.
